How do I go about choosing articles?

We have a large selection of articles in our collection. To help you find what you're looking for, we invite you to browse our products online by theme, by colour or by type.
Please note that our cushion fillers are sold separately from our cushion covers. You may choose to buy the cover with or without the filler. The sizes of our covers and fillers are: 40×40cm, 50×50cm, and 30×60cm.

When I measure my cushion covers, they are slightly smaller than the indicated sizes. Why?

For a cushion to look good, it must be nice and plump! Our cushion covers are always slightly smaller than the standard filler (40×40cm, 50×50cm or 30×60cm). This is normal as it is better to have a taught cushion cover!

What are the care instructions for textile items?

Cushion covers, bags, scarves and pouches should be machine washed cold. For textile items with metal bits (coin purses, glasses cases, clutches), these should be washed by hand. For more information regarding the best way to care for your articles, please refer to the article advice sheets.

Is the article that I wish to purchase available?

All of our items are generally always kept in stock. If ever this is not the case, you will be informed by our customer service department within 24 hours after your purchase has been made. Please note however, that articles found in our «Sales!» category are limited in availability and are sold on a first come first serve basis. So if you wish to buy an item in that category – Hurry! Before we are sold out!

Who can access my personal information on your website?

Client confidentiality is our priority. Your information is accessible only to our customer service department and is used to keep you informed on existing orders. We may send you special e-mails with current offers and updates, but only if you wish to receive them.

Is it possible to modify an order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been confirmed on our website, it is no longer modifiable via computer. If you wish to cancel or modify an existing order, kindly contact our customer service department by e-mail or by phone and provide them the with necessary details. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to send it back to customer service department.

How can I pay for my order?

All orders placed on our website are paid by credit card. Rest assured, the transactions are secured! We accept: Visa, Mastercard and Carte Bleue.

My order is confirmed and paid! Now what?

Parcels are generally delivered within 72 business hours (Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco).
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number which allows you to follow your parcel online.
For information, delivery times for Europe: 3 to 4 business days and for everywhere else: 5 to 10 business days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

According to article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days, upon reception, to return (at your expense) any and all items you wish to exchange or return. Items received after this delay are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, please send it back to us with Return Form completed (you can download it there), and indicate your new order. Please contact us to be repaid  or charged by CB (if you want to exchange). Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are identical to shipping fees for previous orders.
Shipping fees, as indicated on your invoice, are refundable if/when your order has arrived damaged or erroneous. For any and all other motives, shipping fees remain the customer's responsibility.
Article(s) returned must be new, unused and in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Each litigation will be treated case by case by our customer service department in a timely manner.

How are items refunded?

Once our customer service department has accorded your refund, please be sure to send them your RIB. You will receive the refund in your account between 3 to 5 business days following the date of the transaction. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the wire transfer has taken place.
